I am very upset. With 8 days of usage, my Galaxy A5 2017 won't turn on. I've tried everything. Volume down plus power for 10 sec, volume up plus power, both with and without the home button. Nothing works. Left 24h charging, and nothing. The only thing I did was to update to Nougat by the regular software update. I did it right after unboxing. Then, I used it for one week. The device was having several reboots and sometimes turning off. I even tried to solve the rebooting by wiping the cache. The next day it was dead. Now I wanted to return to Marshmallow. The question I have is: can I burn the official ROM without turning the device on? Is there anything I can do before returning the cellphone? I read somewhere else that this situation is rare. I am the luckiest! Any help is welcome. Thanks.
