I have been debating on getting Google Home just because I have had more issues with Amazon's Alexa than I would like to talk about... Let us just say it isn't as smart or as "easy" to use for everyone, specially when it gives you the wrong information. So does anyone have experience with Google Home?
I was reading up on the reviews and from what it sounds like, a lot of people who hated Alexa are in love with G Home. I would give it a go if you are interested. I don't own one but my friend does and the thing is usually spot on. Plus it finds more options on the marketplace if you are in to shopping via voice.
Yup! I have been using Google Home for a few weeks now and I just ordered a few more to have throughout the house. These things are brilliant! I have some lights hooked up to the main one in the living area as well as the TV. It is such a nice feature specially when my hands are full or I have guests over to be able to use voice commands to control the lights and such.
I am still using Amazon's Alexa and I like her. I also prefer the compact size. I guess for some people, Google Home is better but for heavy Amazon users like myself, it is not the best of the two options.
Haven't used either but I was curious about it. What makes Google Home so good and what exactly can it do for me that I can't already do on my computer? It seems like just a way to replace browsing and using light switches lol
